- To protect your privacy, On Balance Counselling uses Zoom (and not Skype) to conduct counselling sessions. This is because Zoom is an encrypted and secure platform. This can be used by either video, audio only (video conferencing with sound only) or with the chat function therein. A unique number code will be sent to you prior to the meeting which will help us meet online.
- Please ensure that you are in a private and safe spot during the session to ensure confidentiality at your end. On Balance Counselling also ensure the same as your privacy and confidentiality is top priority.
